30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

At LUNAESCENT, we want you to experience the difference for yourself. That's why we encourage you to incorporate your applicator into your skincare routine.

For orders shipped within the United States, we proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, after using LUNAESCENT as part of your skincare routine for up to 30 days, you decide it's not the right fit for you, we'll gladly accept your return.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email info@lunaescent.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number (if available)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request has been approved, your item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and processed, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lunaescent.com or call 562-666-2273 so we can promptly make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us at info@lunaescent.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

International Orders

At this time, all international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders shipped outside the United States.
